Indices took out swings and are going higher.
Federal Reserve said they are going to buy Treasuries.
Precious metals were going lower in the morning and were looking to fall off a cliff until the Fed announcement when they spiked higher. There is no reason to be short the precious metals in this environment.
Option expiration this weekend.
GLD 93.09 +3.05 (3.39%). High volume. Day range 86.83 - 93.39. Going to 97.
SLV 12.77 +.17 (1.35%). High volume. Day range 11.75 - 12.86.
PTM 13.02 +.22 (1.72%).

EEV 44.52 -2.21 (4.73%).
TNA 17.74 +1.69 (10.54%). Bought this morning at 15.8.
XLE 43.92 +.44 (1.01%). Bought this morning at 42.66.

JAVA 8.89 +3.92 (78.87%). Massive volume on news of IBM potentially buying Sun.

HIG 8.86 +1.73 (24.26%). Heavy volume.
MFC 11.94 +1.03 (9.44%). Heavy volume.
