Fed interest rate pause turned out to be a non-event. Most everything closed slightly in the red - stocks, bonds, dollar, metals. The rest of the week these sectors will go there separate ways.

INTV short at 6. Acting weak.
EZM long at 2.8. Steady moves up. Close above three with good volume and this can move.
